SCHEMA , established in 1987, is one of the Philippines' largest and leading planning and engineering consulting firms. It is totally a Filipino-owned enterprise run by professionals who have committed themselves to the highest standards of their individual professions.

SCHEMA offers the combined skills of a select group of the country's best engineers, architects, and associated specialists and consultants, who have met internationally-accepted standards of quality in their respective fields of endeavor.

SCHEMA provides a wide range of services which encompass pre-investment and feasibility studies, master planning, pre-engineering surveys and investigations, preliminary and detailed architectural and engineering designs, project management, construction management and supervision, cost estimation, value engineering, environmental studies, and general economic analysis and programming. It has extended technical assistance and consulting services to diverse groups of domestic and international clients ranging from telephone and water companies to power plants, from government agencies to military installations of the United States Department of Defense formerly situated in Clark and Subic. It has been tasked to either design or supervise the construction of public works projects such as roads, highways and bridges, flood control measures, and water supply systems. It has also been involved in residential, commercial, industrial, and urban development projects such as manufacturing plants and factories, schools and missionary training centers, housing and subdivision projects, shopping centers, office and residential condominiums and public utilities.
